Custom Orders

Once the design and specifications are approved by the customer, production will commence. Please review all details carefully as any errors in the design or specifications will be the customer’s responsibility.

Proof Approval

Customers will receive a digital proof of the design before production begins. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the proof for accuracy. Once approved, no changes can be made, and the customer will be responsible for any errors overlooked.

Production Timeline

Standard production time is typically between 7-10 business days after proof approval, though this may vary based on the complexity of the project or the availability of materials. Rush orders may be available at an additional cost.

All prices listed on our website are in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order placement.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required before the commencement of production. Payment can be made through accepted payment methods such as credit cards, PayPal, or wire transfer. Custom orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. Please ensure all details are correct before approving your proof.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued for defective or damaged products. We do not offer refunds for custom packaging orders unless the product is defective or significantly differs from the approved proof.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

Return and Exchange Policy

Custom packaging products are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Returns must be authorized by our customer service team, and items must be unused and in original packaging.

Damaged Products

If a product is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund after reviewing the case.
