Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the order being delivered. The product must be in its original condition, with all packaging intact, unused, and free from damage or tampering. Custom orders (e.g., custom packaging designs, personalized items) are not eligible for refunds, unless the product is faulty or has manufacturing defects.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
Non-Refundable Items
Custom or personalized packaging (e.g., branded packaging with your logo). Products marked as final sale or items that were bought during special promotions. Items returned outside the 7-day return window.
Process for Refunds

Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be included in your package when returning the item. You can return products within 7 days of delivery. The items must be in new condition, with original packaging, and must not show signs of use or damage. Custom packaging products, including those designed specifically for your brand, are non-returnable, unless they are defective upon arrival. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Exchange Eligibility
You can exchange eligible products within 7 days of delivery. Custom or branded products cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty. If you wish to exchange for a different product, we will send the new item once the returned item has been received and inspected. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges unless the product is defective.
Return Process
Contact us at inquiry@packpropackaging.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Securely package the product with the RA number included and ship it to the provided return address. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange.
Inspection and Refunds/Exchanges
Upon receipt, our team will inspect the product to ensure it is in new and unused condition. Any items showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
